Application Requirement and Eligibility of Membership

Participation in the organization will be taken as a privilege which is earned by showing interest in the values, scholarship and mission of the organization. Candidates willing to join should fulfill the following requirements in line with the standards of professional and academic excellence:

Recommendation Requirement Membership applications require endorsement of at least two current and dually approved Senior Members who must present a formal letter of recommendation to the applicant in which they affirm their suitability and conformity with the goals of the organization.

Verification of Authorship Such applicants must attend to submitting verifiable documentation of scholarly or professional authorship. This could be in form of published scholarly articles, books, theological essays or the like that show intellectual contribution and knowledge in the field.

Committee Review A serious evaluation of all the applications will be made by the Membership Committee. The last stage of approval is dependent on the evaluation and perception of the committee in regard of qualification of the applicant, the materials submitted and the matching of the ethical and vision nature of the organization.

• تنظیم میں رکنیت ایک اعزاز ہے جو اس کے مقاصد، اقدار، اور علمی معیار سے وابستگی کی بنیاد پر دی جاتی ہے۔ پیشہ ورانہ اور تعلیمی عمدگی کے تقاضوں کے مطابق، ممکنہ اراکین کو درج ذیل شرائط پوری کرنی ہوں گی.

• سفارش کی شرط: رکنیت کے لیے درخواست کم از کم دو ایسے سینئر اراکین کی تحریری سفارش کے ساتھ دی جائے گی جو اچھی شہرت کے حامل ہوں۔ ہر سفارش کنندہ کو یہ تصدیق کرنی ہوگی کہ درخواست دہندہ تنظیم کے مشن اور اقدار سے ہم آہنگ ہے۔

• تحریر کا ثبوت: درخواست دہندہ کو اپنی تصنیف یا علمی کام کا قابلِ تصدیق ثبوت فراہم کرنا ہوگا۔ یہ ثبوت تحقیقاتی مضامین، شائع شدہ کتابیں، تھیالوجیکل (علم الہیات) مضامین یا دیگر معتبر تحریری کاموں پر مشتمل ہو سکتے ہیں جو ان کی علمی مہارت اور فکری تعاون کی عکاسی کریں۔

• کمیٹی کی جانچ: تمام موصولہ درخواستوں کا جائزہ ممبرشپ کمیٹی کرے گی۔ درخواست کی منظوری کا حتمی فیصلہ کمیٹی کی جانب سے دی گئی سفارش، جمع شدہ مواد، اور درخواست دہندہ کی اہلیت کے مکمل جائزے کی بنیاد پر کیا جائے گا۔
